What a great addition to the little SCS downtown. $2 bud light draft all the time really???? Wowwww. Pizza is good they could be a more liberal with toppings but maybe it was just this time around will try again. TRISH the bartender really attributes to a great experience. Friendly, hospitable and knows the business. Hope this place sticks.

Admittedly one visit by one person is a small sample but the burger I had for lunch was cooked just the way I ordered and was delicious. Garlic and parmesan fries were loaded with flavor : I would visit just to order them. Terrific beer selection served by a friendly bartender. I will definitely return and recommend.

Awesome local place with tons of screens to catch the game. Some of the great Michigan beers in bottles and others on tap. Trivia, .50 wing night, friendly staff, food to make your mouth water. The place to be in St Clair Shores! Don't forget it's owned by retired firefighters, so if the food and drink doesn't bring you supporting local Hero's should.

Stopped in for lunch.. the box alarm burger was awesome. They have a great list of craft beers. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great place for lunch and I'm sure I'll be back soon to watch a game, they have a ton of tv's.

Just the worst....My wife ate alone while I waited for my food. (They didn't have the bread to make it????). So I ordered a cup of chili (that won't take long I thought.) 20 min later I said "how long to bring a cup of chili?). She said "I thought you said pizza." Also stuff was floating in my 5 dollar draft beer. No placemat no napkin. Food in a basket? 8 bucks for a sandwich? Fries 2 bucks extra. Sandwich was greasy. I'm surprised that's not extra.

The pulled pork sandwich was great, the slaw on top delicious. Waitress was friendly and very attentive, always coming back to check if everything was good and if we needed anything else. This was our first time there...we'll be back!

Firehouse is trying. Genuinely. When my husband and I dropped in for dinner, we were served our drinks quickly and the waitress was appropriately attentive. But the meal was disappointing. I looked forward to the nachos topped with pulled pork. The Faygo BBQ sauce sounded intriguing! But sadly what we got was something much like we could make at home. The burger I ordered came as requested, including the egg on top, but was overall just rather blah. If they could step up the menu a bit I might give them another shot.

By the way, the pizza here is really good. The margarita pizza is quite tasty, as are the other kinds. Just a heads up.

What a great little place! Had bottomless mimosas and bloody marys! Made it for lunch and had a burger and a Reuben, both were delish! Service was fantastic, if you fo ask for Nicole, I did! Plus they had live jazz Sunday and it was amazing! Great times, good place!

We only live down the street and had been wanting to try this place for a while. We finally went yesterday and was just not impressed. The food wasn't bad but there was nothing special about it either. I had the pizza which really wasn't that great. The dough was very thick and was actually dry. My husband had a burger and said he enjoyed it, although he didn't rave over it. The service was also a little slow. I MAY try it 1 more time in hopes it will be a better experience.

Pizza and sandwiches are good, but they highlighted the meatloaf and it was disappointing; all loaf, no meat.

Hope they don't have a fire in this place because, a) I don't think the staff would notice and b) even if they did, it doesn't seem like there'd be a sense of urgency to do anything about it ... customer service is slow, slow, slow ... not bad, not unprofessional, not uncourteous or anything like that, just pokey & nonchalant despite a typically sparse, midweek crowd & plenty of staff on hand ... maybe just don't be in a hurry if you go, eh? Friendly, warm & inviting interior ... comfortable ... the kind of place you can stop in for that solo drink, lunch/dinner, ballgame, et... but also patronize with a group of friends, family or associates. Food is good, Wed is .50-wings nite and they're of the bigger, beefier variety, not the malnourished type some of the national chicken wing chains seem to have gone to. Chili was really good, woulda' liked a bigger portion, but it was that "red" style of chili that happens to be my favorite, :). Was a little disappointed in my club sandwich, not with the portion, but presentation & the fact it was served between two pieces of bread, cut diagonally ... basically like a stacked turkey sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato on it. Not a deal breaker, but I like that middle piece of bread separating the two sandwiches and having it cut into fourths with the frilly toothpicks ... just sayin' ... kinda' makes me feel like I'm having a sammich at a yacht club or otherwise upscale establishment type place, ;). Check it out ... I'd recommend the place. They have a good menu selection, ie appetizers, burgers/sandwiches, salads, lunch/dinner entrees, specials, et ... and I think I saw an interesting 3/4lb burger in my future as well. :)

I'll start off by saying that the pizza I had was pretty good, even though it didn't come how I ordered it. And it took FOREVER to get to the table. I wanted specific things on it and I didn't get it. And then they put it on top of a coffee can and it kept siding around on the table. Don't cheap out on that stuff, it's going to get someone hurt. The Sriracha Ailoi was really good and I think this place has pretty good potential, but guys....get your shit together. The service was ATROCIOUS. I had to flag down our server so many times it got ridiculous. She would leave for what felt like 15 minutes at a time and would not come back. Where did she go? Narnia? You guys call this place the "Firehouse Pub." If your going to use a theme, go with it! Don't just pull some images of firehouses off Google images and throw them onto your menu. Nothing about the place really said, "Firehouse." Also, the menu was so unimpressive. Nothing sounded good. Sure you had a bunch of sandwiches, but nothing that caught my eye. And poutine is a sacred thing, man. YOU DO NOT PUT EGG OR ONION ON POUTINE! Don't mess with a god damn masterpiece.

I am always happy when we go to this place. It's perfect if you want to take the kids and get a pizza for lunch or dinner. They have a nice beer selection a lot in bottles but a few awesome ones on tap as well. I'll say it again the pizza is Fantastic!

This was my second time at Firehouse. Both times, I was not disappointed. It's a cozy little bar with a considerable list of craft beers in mostly bottles, great service, and good food. Their pulled pork nachos were delicious, and to top it off they make their own homemade faygo bbq sauce.

Service was great. Beers and drinks were good and cold. The burgers are outstanding and the Cobb salad looked amazing. Plus lots of tvs to watch sports and great live entertainment at night.

Sorry to have to say this, but his place has become like so many other places in the area. The food is mediocre at best. I really wanted to see something great, but the food is basic. I make much better chili. Burger was over cooked. My daughter had the buttermilk chicken sandwich. It was bland. There were a lot of customers, no one really seems to care for the food too much. My dad was a firefighter. I ate much better and healthier than anything this place is serving. So sad.

The buzz about this new place got me intrigued, as did their alleged "upscale" pub menu offerings. Let's start with the pretzel appetizer. Yes, the pretzels looked and tasted good, but there was no Kosher salt on them, and the "housemade" cheese sauce was clearly constructed using a can of nacho cheese sauce from Gordon Food Service with some beer added. I wasn't really impressed, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The main course, however, was. The buttermilk chicken sandwich sounded amazing, but arrived less than wonderful. The tiny amount of chicken was black in color and clearly overcooked...yet somehow cold. The giant fluffy roll it was on was also stone cold, never seeing the grill or broiler for a bit of warming/toasting. Our server replaced it with another, yet it was the exact same as the first sandwich. Did I mention the incredible sounding garlic parmesan fries? Once again, they sounded good, but the execution was not there. There wasn't a hint of garlic flavor, and the only evidence of parmesan was the small dusting on the top. These too were overcooked just like the chicken. How about a positive? The meatball sub had a nice sauce, and the meatballs were tasty, but once again, it arrived on a giant, cold bun that looked rather empty when you consider the size of it compared to the ingredients inside. I will give props to one of the owners who stopped by to apologize, but it seemed as if no one had a handle of what was going on in the kitchen. Trust me, as an owner, you wouldn't let the food we were served out of the kitchen. So the bottom line is this-the menu sounds good with some unique sounding items, but the execution is just not there. Being a St. Clair Shores resident, I am hoping this place finds their footing and makes some improvements.

The loud rude large group celebrating something was the first put-off, but you can't hold that against the place. They could have asked them to tone it down a bit, but I don't think it even occured to the staff. The staff, med. Service could have been better. It wasn't horrendous, but it wasn't all that great either. Our server was polite, but a little slow. The food is another story. Drinks were good and cold, but the rest of the meal was terrible. The chips and salsa were awful. Stale chips and the most watered down tasteless salsa I've ever had. It looked great, lots of fresh vegetable in water. Absolutely no taste at all, ugh. The pretzel sticks were good, and the cheese sauce might have been, if it wasn't so watered down that it still had a hint of cheese flavor and wasn't as runny as milk with a hint of cheese in it. And the pizza! I've never had a pizza with a crust made from rubber bands. Burnt on the top and very very chewy. The pizza sauce had a good flavor, the pepperoni was ok, but the few shreds of cheese they scattered on the top were burnt to a black charred mess. I could have gone to LC and got a better pizza for $5. I MIGHT give then another try and try some other menu items, only because the place is close, but meanwhile a few hints: If you have a large list of craft beers, list them, but not just on a chalkboard hidden in a corner that nobody can see. If you have a shit-ton of advertising crap on a small table, would it hurt to print the beer list and put it on the plastic thing with all the other specialty drink you offer? Second, if you have small table don't cover half of the table with a bunch of junk. By the ton three of us had drinks and two appteizers the waitress brought the pizza and had no clue where to put it, until I moved all the crap to the empty chair. Really, I don't need a cardboard 6-pack carton full of condiments with a pizza. How about bringing those to the tiny table only if the customers need them? Overall it's a decent place, they just need to work on a lot of little things. Since the location isn't the best for business during the day, and the food needs a lot of attention they better make some changes if they want to be successful.

Decent little bar with good bar food. Clean bathrooms, fast service, and very good selection of adult beverages. Came in the day & fed want to one back at night one day. Plus $2.00 pints. Not bad at all!

What a cool pub. We went unbeknownst to us on their grand opening and we were wowed. We lucked out on a table for 2 when we entered as there was a long line but no 2somes. Started with the pretzels and beer cheese dip. Yummmmy. I ordered a pizza with pep.saus, and onions. The pizza was top notch with a nice airy dough and plenty of toppings. My friend ordered the Reuben made with Wigleys corn beef and just as yummy served with parmesan cheese fries. Our server, Jessica, was as nice as could be. Attentive and fun to be around. She hustled all night as the place was packed. Décor is abundant with DFD Fire memorabilia. A welcome change from when this was TBones, and the yucky booths are gone as well.

Not bad. The food was pretty good, service was friendly and prompt, and price was great. Decent specials, ok beers (nothing like the neighboring Shores Inn, however). I'll be back. Edit: Increased rating to 4 stars instead of 3. Per their service, quality, and cost, they definitely deserve the uptick.
